&lt;p&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 15px;"&gt;This year's conference focuses on &lt;strong&gt;Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)&lt;/strong&gt;—providing practical strategies, meaningful conversations, and evidence-based practices that empower school social workers to better support every student, family, and school community.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 15px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Leonard Webb, M.Ed, Is a Author, Motivational Speaker, owner of Webbolutionary Motivation LLC, and a strong background in criminal justice system and school systems.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 15px;"&gt;&lt;font&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"Inspiring Leadership through Literacy; Building Bridges for Black and Brown Girls ; and Working with Black Male Youth Who Have Experienced Trauma"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the value of literacy, youth voice, inspiring leadership, the spectrum of youth engagement, and effective strategies for youth involvement in leadership development. Explore culturally responsive practices for supporting and empowering Black and Brown youth in educational settings. Apply strategies that strengthen mental health literacy, reduce stigma, and create safe, supportive spaces for black male youth.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 15px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Angelique Foye-Fletcher, LCMFT, LMFT, RPT&lt;/strong&gt;, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Registered Play Therapist, keynote speaker, and founder of Foye-Fletcher Therapy LLC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 15px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Every Child Belongs Here: Designing Neurodiversity-Affirming and Culturally Responsive Therapeutic Spaces.”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Participants will explore the differences between cultural competence and cultural humility and how these concepts apply to school-based mental health settings. The session will also help attendees evaluate therapeutic spaces for cultural bias and barriers to inclusion while identifying opportunities to strengthen psychological safety for diverse learners. Attendees will leave with evidence-informed strategies for creating culturally responsive and neurodiversity-affirming therapeutic environments that support elementary-aged children.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
